也就是说它们的分子结构在体积上要大于油。而且水分子结构本身就大,再加上它有表面的张力,所以同样一个塑料袋装水或者啤酒的时候,都不会发生渗漏的现象,但是装油的时候就会发生。

当然也不全是油的原因,还有一方面就是塑料袋,因为塑料袋主要的生产成分是聚氯乙烯,和油一样都属于有机物。我们知道在物理学上有一种相溶的原理,也就是说油可以随着时间的延长,而不断的溶解塑料袋本身。但是水和塑料袋是完全不同的成分,自然也就不会发生溶解的现象。

在不断的溶解过程中,塑料本身就会发生一些间隙,再就是因为油的分子结构比袋子的间隙还要小一些,所以就会发生渗透的现象。所以油类装进塑料袋的时候之所以会渗透出来,一方面是塑料袋本身的原因,另一方面就是有本身的原因。本身因为油类的结构较小就会发生渗漏,再加上溶解的过程中就会导致缝隙越来越大,渗透越来越多。

During the continuous dissolution process, there will be some gaps in the plastic itself, and because the molecular structure of the oil is smaller than the gaps in the bag, permeation will occur. So the reason why oil seeps out when packed into plastic bags is partly due to the plastic bags themselves, and partly due to their own reasons.
