包装袋的密封性直接关系到产品的质量与保质期,对于食品、药品等行业尤为关键。下面为你介绍几种原创的检测包装袋密封性的方法:

The sealing of packaging bags is directly related to the quality and shelf life of products, especially for industries such as food and medicine. Below are several original methods for testing the sealing of packaging bags:

真空测试法:准备一个真空室和真空抽气泵。将装有适量产品(或模拟物)的包装袋放入真空室内,关闭真空室。启动抽气泵,逐渐降低真空室内的气压。在抽气过程中,密切观察包装袋的变化。若包装袋密封性良好,随着气压降低,袋体应逐渐膨胀,但不会有气体泄漏导致的异常变形或鼓包。若存在密封问题,在气压降低到一定程度时,会看到包装袋局部出现快速鼓胀、有气泡冒出,或者听到轻微的 “嘶嘶” 漏气声,这表明该包装袋密封性不合格 。

Vacuum testing method: Prepare a vacuum chamber and vacuum pump. Place the packaging bag containing an appropriate amount of product (or analog) into the vacuum chamber and close the chamber. Start the vacuum pump and gradually reduce the air pressure inside the vacuum chamber. During the pumping process, closely observe the changes in the packaging bag. If the packaging bag has good sealing, the bag body should gradually expand as the air pressure decreases, but there will be no abnormal deformation or bulging caused by gas leakage. If there is a sealing problem, when the air pressure drops to a certain extent, the packaging bag will show rapid swelling, bubbles will emerge locally, or a slight "hissing" air leakage sound will be heard, indicating that the sealing of the packaging bag is not qualified.

水中浸泡法:取一个足够大的水槽或容器,装满清水。将待检测的包装袋封口朝上,缓慢放入水中,完全浸没。仔细观察包装袋表面,特别是封口部位,持续观察一段时间,如 5 - 10 分钟。若密封性良好,包装袋表面不应有气泡产生。一旦发现有连续或间断的气泡从包装袋的某个部位冒出,尤其是封口处,那就说明此处存在密封缺陷,气体从袋内逸出 。

Water immersion method: Take a sufficiently large sink or container and fill it with clean water. Seal the packaging bag to be tested upwards and slowly immerse it in water until completely submerged. Carefully observe the surface of the packaging bag, especially the sealing area, and continue to observe for a period of time, such as 5-10 minutes. If the sealing is good, there should be no bubbles on the surface of the packaging bag. Once continuous or intermittent bubbles are found to emerge from a certain part of the packaging bag, especially at the seal, it indicates that there is a sealing defect and gas is escaping from the bag.

压力测试法:借助专门的压力测试设备,如密封性能测试仪。将包装袋的开口端连接到测试仪的接口上,通过设备向包装袋内充入一定压力的气体,例如 0.2 - 0.3MPa(具体压力值可根据包装袋的材质和使用场景确定)。充压完成后,保持一段时间,通常为 1 - 2 分钟,观察测试仪上的压力变化情况。若包装袋密封性达标,压力值应基本保持稳定,波动范围在允许误差之内。若压力持续下降,说明有气体泄漏,即包装袋存在密封问题 。

Pressure testing method: using specialized pressure testing equipment, such as a sealing performance tester. Connect the open end of the packaging bag to the interface of the tester, and inject a certain pressure of gas into the packaging bag through the device, such as 0.2-0.3MPa (the specific pressure value can be determined according to the material and usage scenario of the packaging bag). After the pressurization is completed, hold for a period of time, usually 1-2 minutes, and observe the pressure changes on the tester. If the sealing of the packaging bag meets the standard, the pressure value should remain stable and the fluctuation range should be within the allowable error. If the pressure continues to decrease, it indicates a gas leak, that is, there is a sealing problem with the packaging bag.

染色渗透法:适用于透明或半透明包装袋。准备一种、易观察的染色剂,如食品级色素与水混合配制成的溶液。将少量染色剂溶液注入包装袋内,然后密封好袋口。把包装袋平放在一张白色吸水纸上,轻轻按压包装袋,使染色剂溶液在袋内均匀分布。放置一段时间后,观察白色吸水纸。若纸上出现染色剂渗透的痕迹,说明包装袋有密封缺陷,染色剂从密封不严的地方渗出 。

Dyeing penetration method: suitable for transparent or semi transparent packaging bags. Prepare a safe and easily observable coloring agent, such as a solution prepared by mixing food grade pigments with water. Inject a small amount of dye solution into the packaging bag and seal the bag tightly. Place the packaging bag flat on a white absorbent paper, gently press the packaging bag to evenly distribute the dye solution inside the bag. After a period of time, observe the white absorbent paper. If there are traces of dye penetration on the paper, it indicates that the packaging bag has a sealing defect, and the dye seeps out from the poorly sealed area.

微生物检测法:针对食品、药品等对卫生要求极高的包装袋。选取若干装有产品的包装袋,在正常存储条件下放置一段时间,例如食品包装袋可放置保质期的三分之一时长。之后,对包装袋内的产品进行微生物检测。若产品出现微生物超标现象,且排除产品本身初始微生物污染的可能,那么很有可能是包装袋密封性不佳,外界微生物进入袋内导致产品变质 。

Microbial testing method: for packaging bags that require extremely high hygiene standards, such as food and drugs. Select several packaging bags containing the product and place them under normal storage conditions for a period of time, such as one-third of the shelf life of food packaging bags. Afterwards, conduct microbiological testing on the products inside the packaging bag. If the product exhibits excessive microbial contamination and the possibility of initial microbial contamination is ruled out, it is highly likely that the packaging bag has poor sealing and external microorganisms have entered the bag, causing the product to deteriorate.
