一、凹版印刷

 

1、 Gravure printing

 

塑料薄膜的印刷以凹版印刷工艺为主，用凹版印刷的塑料薄膜具有印刷质量高、墨层厚实、色彩鲜艳、图案清晰明快、画面层次丰富、反差适度、形象逼真、立体感强等优点。凹版印刷要求各色图案套准误差不大于0.3mm，产品同色密度偏差和同批同色偏差等指标符合GB7707-87要求。凹版印刷的印版耐印力强，适于长版活件
